Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Shovvly, operated by Vexio j. s. a., company number 54214530, registered in Slovakia. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What Shovvly does

Shovvly lets you automate replies to comments and direct messages on an Instagram professional account you own or manage, and gives you a shared inbox to handle those conversations.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may only connect Instagram accounts you own or are authorised to manage.

3. Instagram’s rules apply too

Shovvly operates on top of the Instagram Platform. Your use of it is also governed by Meta’s Platform Terms and Instagram’s Community Guidelines. In particular you agree not to use Shovvly to:

  • send unsolicited bulk messages to people who have not contacted you
  • message anyone who has asked you to stop
  • impersonate another person or business
  • distribute spam, malware, or content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit
  • promote regulated goods where you lack the necessary licences, or anything prohibited by Meta’s policies
  • attempt to circumvent the rate limits or messaging windows the service enforces

We enforce Instagram’s messaging limits automatically and cannot disable them on request. If you breach these rules we may suspend your account without notice, and Meta may independently restrict your Instagram account.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you choose. Fees exclude VAT unless stated. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not refund partial periods except where required by law.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the messages, flows and other content you create. You grant us only the licence needed to store and transmit it in order to run the service.

6. Availability

We work to keep Shovvly available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Instagram Platform is outside our control: Meta may change, rate-limit, or withdraw API access at any time, which may affect or suspend functionality through no fault of ours.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost sales, or restriction of your Instagram account.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we are required to terminate by Meta, or that is being used unlawfully. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify customers by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, and the courts of Slovakia have exclusive jurisdiction.
