Delete your data

You can remove everything Shovvly holds about you at any time. There are three ways to do it, depending on who you are.

If you use Shovvly

Open your dashboard, go to Settings, and choose Disconnect Instagram. This immediately deletes the stored access token, along with the contacts and message history for that account. To close your account entirely, choose Delete account in the same place.

If you messaged a business that uses Shovvly

Reply STOP in the conversation. That immediately unsubscribes you from all automated messages from that business. To have your conversation history erased as well, email us at privacy@shovvly.com from any address, or send us your Instagram handle, and we will delete it within 30 days.

Through Instagram

Open Instagram and go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, then remove Shovvly. Instagram notifies us automatically and we delete your data without you needing to contact us.

What gets deleted

• your Instagram access token
• your Instagram account ID, username and profile picture
• every contact record and message we stored for that account
• all delivery logs
